Professor Nabil Ayad and Professor Joseph Mifsud participated in the international conference on ‘Global, Regional and National Actors in the Governance of the Atom: A Focus on Europe and the Middle East' at the Academy of Global Governance in Florence, Italy,

Professor Ayad acted as the President whilst Professor Mifsud as the facilitator of the simulation exercise on Special UN Sessions on the M.E Nuclear Free Zone. Professor Sameh Aoul Enein, visiting professor at LAD acted as the moderator of the simulation exercise.
